Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday.

Overseas carriage cost depends upon the country being shipped to and the weight of the order. The web site calculates the shipping cost at check out before paying. It will also take off the UK VAT. You could be responsible for paying an import tax in your country upon delivery. The delivery time is usually 2 weeks, but in some countries it can be upto 4 weeks.

Office hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).
