Refund policy

Returns:

Please inform us of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of receipt. Our full terms and conditions are available upon request. 

Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, unless the goods have been custom-made specifically for you. Note: samples are custom-made and therefore non-returnable. you must return them with 14 days of  purchase / sent date 

If you choose to return goods, they must be unopened and unused, in the sealed packaging they are sent in unopened  and sent to the return address listed on the delivery note. Refunds for returned goods may take up to 28 days to process. we will change a 10% handling charge and take off any carriage changes that we have incurred .

This policy applies only to private consumers and does not apply to goods purchased for business use.
