How it works:
Sign up
To start earning reward points you need to join and sign up. Make sure you have an account and you're logged in. Then click the Rewards button at the bottom right.
Earn Points
Every time you buy from us, you'll earn points. For every £1 you spend, you’ll receive 10 points.
Save £££
Turn your points into money off your future orders. For every 5,000 points gives you a £5 voucher.

How to join
You need to join the rewards program to collect the points. There is no cost nor commitment.
Click the rewards button to start today.

How to redeem points at the Check-out
For every 5,000 points, you'll get a £5 voucher in the form of a discount code. To redeem this, click the Gold Rewards button on the bottom-right of any page on our site.
The easiest way to redeem points is at the check-out, so select products to add to your basket before you redeem the points.
At the check-out click the rewards button to start.
It looks like this:
After the Rewards box opens, your points total is displayed.
If you have more than 5000 points, a Redeem button is shown which enables you to redeem 5000 points from the total and receive a £5 discount code for use at the check-out.
After the Redeem button (above) is pressed, you will see something similar to this... Note your new points balance:
If you are at the Check-out:
If you are at the check-out you can click Apply Code for your £5 discount to be applied now to the check-out total.
Please continue in the check-out and make the payment to complete your purchase.
For those not at the check-out:
If you are not at the check-out, close the box for now with the X at the top right hand side (your discount voucher is safe).
Complete your shopping then, at the check-out, follow the instructions above.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Applying for or using the rewards program will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read carefully:
2. All program applicants must be ages 16 years or older.
3. It is free of charge to be a member of the Natural Elements Skincare rewards program.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate any Member's Program account if in our sole discretion we consider that the Member has breached the terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, or acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff.
5. Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
6. No rewards can be amended for personal preference. Points will not be awarded for any product received as a reward using account points.
7. Points cannot be accrued for delivery costs.
8. Natural Elements employees cannot participate in the rewards program.
9. This rewards program is valid for retail customers online only at www.naturalelementsskincare.com. You will not receive points nor be able to spend points on Natural Elements products sold on any other associated or third-party website. Excluded websites include essentially-yours.co.uk and therapeuticsskincare.com. Trade or SCC customers from our parent company, Essentially Yours are not permitted to participate in the rewards program.
10. Any trade or SCC customers seen actively using a rewards account will be removed & asked to return any free products they had received back to us in the original, unopened condition or they will be asked to pay for the product.
11. This is an online-only rewards program for naturalelementsskincare.com. You will not receive points or be able to redeem points on telephone orders.
12. In no circumstance will points be retrospectively added to your account. Any qualifying actions as stated above will automatically accrue points in your account, please contact us at sales@naturalelementsskincare.com if you believe points have not been correctly accrued. To receive points for sharing our Facebook page, it must be from the Natural Elements Skincare page (@NESkinClinic).
13. Points will only be awarded for sharing the page after the launch date of the rewards program, 28/01/19.
14. To receive points for following us on Instagram, it must be the first time you have followed us and the account must be @natural_elements_skincare
15. To receive points for signing up to our mailing list, it must be the first time you have signed up to the newsletter. You cannot unsubscribe and re-subscribe to be awarded these points.
16. The email address you use to subscribe must be the same as the email address you use to login to your www.naturalelementsskincare.com online account in order for the points to be awarded correctly. You will receive email confirmation when points have been successfully added to your account and when you have successfully redeemed a reward using your points. Points are personal to an account and cannot be transferred or combined with another account to redeem a reward. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorised use of points.
17. Any points not earned and held in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid. Any such points will be deducted, and other appropriate action may be taken by us. These terms and conditions may change, and members will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions when they go online at naturalelementsskincare.com to collect or redeem points.
18. As such we strongly encourage you to review these terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate the program at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event, members will be notified and all accounts will be suspended or terminated.
