Most skincare products contain synthetic chemicals.
But...
Your skin is composed of sensitive living cells. Synthetic chemicals provide no benefit to your skin. There's no vitamins, no cell building proteins and no repairing compounds. Being coated in these chemicals (which enter the bloodstream and are carried all around the body) is far from ideal.
Finding the high-quality natural ingredients and maintaining supply is time consuming and so larger brands mostly prefer the readily available and cheap petroleum-based synthetics.
The Natural ingredients we use, offer essential vitamins, proteins, and repairing compounds that nourish and support your skin’s health.
Natural oils contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, B6, C, D, E. magnesium, copper, iron, amino acids sterols, pantothenic acid, lecithin, folic acid all of which vastly increase the collagen levels in the skin.
Vital oils, unlike creams, penetrate into the lower layers of the skin making them the most effective skincare Vital Oils are rich in Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) and subsequently prevent premature aging. They contain minerals like omegas, proteins and beta-carotene, which slow the aging of cells. Vitamin A – a natural Retinol, which rejuvenates and nourishes the complexion, and Vitamin E, which aids cell regeneration.
We also use the highest grade of Essential oils, which bring order to cells and tissue, dispelling bacteria, and infection and stimulating cell repair.

Do you use Micellar Water?
It's quite literally water with harsh chemicals added, that cause your skin to dry out and damage your cells. Continued use of Micellar Water will not only dry your skin but it will cause premature ageing.
The chemicals within it gradually strip away the nutrients and the natural oils that sit on your skin, that would normally keep it hydrated and protected. Dehydrated and unprotected skin is open to UVA damage, Free Radical Damage and a higher risk of Skin Cancer.
Makeup is thicker than ever these day, but it is possible to eliminate your need for Micellar Water by replacing it with our Natural Face Washes.
Using a combination of molecules in their natural form, they are designed to remove all ingrained dirt, neutralise Free Radicals, tighten the skin and remove heavy face/ eye make-up.
Our Face Washes, by providing the ultimate in skin comfort and hydration, make the perfect alternative.

Skincare Ageing, Creams and Oils
The surface of your skin is primarily composed of dead cells, so while covering them with a protective natural wax (which is something a moisturiser does exceptionally well), but the molecules in the cream cannot penetrate deeply enough to affect the development of new cells.
This is where oils play a crucial role, as their smaller molecules can reach the deeper layers of the skin, where new cells, elastins, and fibres are formed. It is at this level that protection from pollution and free radical damage is essential—these newly developing cells require safeguarding with the active benefits found in natural oils to help prevent premature ageing.
For this reason, we recommend applying one of our oils first as a ‘treatment’ to nourish and protect your skin at a deeper level. Following this with a cream helps to lock in the benefits, reinforce the skin barrier, and create an ideal priming base for makeup.
Skincare Ageing Chemistry Facts
Over 90% of skin ageing is caused by atoms called free radicals.
If free radicals overwhelm the body's ability to regulate them oxidative stress occurs, and this causes damage to the cells. As cells breakdown, so too does collagen production, resulting in loss of fibres and elastins. This results visibly on the skin through sagging, lines, wrinkles, and dullness to the skin.

Reversing the damage can be possible by stimulating cells and providing the necessary nutritional components the cells need to stay strong and healthy.
In typical skincare brands, these components are provided artificially through man-made chemicals or through artificial stimulus to provide ‘instant’ gratification results.
The problem is, extensive research has shown synthetic stimulus and nutrition do have long term negative effects, including further accelerated ageing (skin thinning), allergic reactions, environmental damage and even acceleration of cancer cells.

The alternative to stopping free radical damage is through organic plant oils and fruit extracts, which have the necessary nutritional components needed for cells to stay strong and healthy.
The purer and better quality the plant, the higher the concentration of nutritional and vitamin benefits there are in the oil.
The best way to intake the necessary components to slow free radical damage is high concentration oils.
The oil molecule is better suited to be absorbed through the dermis skin layers and into the blood stream.
Whereas cream or gel is too large and will remain on the surface, providing little nutritional benefits.

Cellulose
In 2012, Janelle Tam from Ontario won first place in the Sanofi BioGENEius Challenge in Canada (SBCC) in the ‘how will you change the world?’ category for her application in nanocrystalline cellulose research.
She proved that Cellulose from plants was a powerful antioxidant and may be superior to Vitamin C or E because it is more stable, and its effectiveness will not diminish as quickly. Natural Elements is the first beauty brand to use cellulose in their natural formulations.

Aloe Vera
Providing moisture to cuts on the skin can help facilitate healing, this is due to a compound in aloe vera called glucomannan, which can help with wound and sunburn healing by improving collagen production. That healing is helped along by antioxidant vitamins C and E. The antibacterial properties allow aloe vera to be useful for the treatment of minor cuts and wounds to prevent infection and also contribute to how it can be effective for acne.

Orange Oil
The natural properties are said to promote feelings of relaxation and overall wellness. Other benefits includes Anti-inflammatory, firming elastins and softens skin.
We only use organically derived, unadulterated therapeutical botanical oils. These natural raw materials are so well protected and cared for to maintain all the nutritional goodness from the plant. At a molecular level these are highest quality natural ingredients available in the world. We never cheapen quality or botanical raw materials.
